As lovers of Sovata, a unique resort, we didn’t hesitate when the opportunity arose to host dear guests from all over the world. That’s how we embarked on the “great adventure” of building Pensiunea Senin*** from scratch—a place where we sought to bring the harmony of nature to life and provide a serene space for you to relax, enjoy nature and excellent services, and recharge physically and emotionally with the best energy.
The journey wasn’t easy, as we never compromised on our principle: quality in harmony with nature. But the result is truly remarkable.
Pensiunea Senin*** is located in Sovata, just minutes away from Lake Ursu, the main tourist attraction in the resort. This is the only heliothermal lake in Europe and the largest of its kind in the world. It’s not just the beauty of the landscape, with the lake surrounded by forested mountains, that captivates visitors but also the healing properties of its waters.
From treating gynecological disorders and degenerative, inflammatory, and rheumatic conditions to cardiovascular diseases, the saltwater of Sovata’s lakes, including Lake Ursu, benefits everyone seeking to improve their health.
To help you enjoy the stunning nature around Sovata, several thematic trails have been set up, such as the “Salt Road,” as well as paths through the forest that lead to smaller nearby lakes.
We warmly offer accommodation in 19 rooms and apartments, a spa center with a freshwater pool, a freshwater jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, a sun terrace, a conference room for about 30 people, a modern restaurant, and relaxation terraces.
To protect the environment, we use photovoltaic panels, minimize plastic usage, employ heat pumps, recycle everything possible, and encourage responsible consumption.

Pensiunea a fost realizată prin proiectul cu titlul: “Construire clădire de cazare pentru vacanțe și perioade de scurtă durată, inclusiv branșamente la utilități” Cod SMIS Proiect 114744, proiect finanțat prin Programul POR 2014-2020.
Anunț finalizare proiect „Construire clădire de cazare pentru vacanțe și perioade de scurtă durată, inclusiv branșamente la utilități”
Proiectul “„Construire clădire de cazare pentru vacanțe și perioade de scurtă durată, inclusiv branșamente la utilități”, cod MySMIS 114744, finanțat prin Programul Operațional Regional 2014-2020 a fost implementat de către SC SENIN PRODEXP S.R.L și a avut o valoare totală de 5,140,727.30 lei, din care 1900576.36 lei reprezintă finanțare nerambursabilă. Programul Operațional Regional 2014-2020 a fost implementat la nivel național de către Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale și Administrației Publice în calitate de Autoritate de Management, iar la nivel regional de către ADR Centru, organism intermediar al programului ce monitorizează implementarea acestui proiect în Regiunea Centru. Proiectul s-a derulat în perioada 05.09.2018 – 31.12.2023. Obiectivul general al proiectului a fost crearea unei facilitati ecologice si inovative, care imbina elemente naturale si traditia cu eficienta energetica si tehnologiile moderne, tinand cont de dezvoltarea durabila si ecosistem.
